Residentley is an application for gated communities that helps build safer, stronger communities for residents. It enables facility managers to empower residents to take part in their collective security by inviting visitors strictly through code-based access. The availability of a panic button within the application enables residents to notify neighbors and security of any emergency within the community. Residentley helps residents to escalate and track complaints with the community manager easily.
How this works:
Security: The resident generates a code and sends it to a visitor. The visitor presents this code to the security at the community gate for verification. This verification is done in less than a minute to grant the visitor access if the code is valid.
Alarm: Residents can quickly escalate emergencies like fire, theft, medical, etc to neighbors and security for quick responses. Once triggered, depending on the type of emergency, neighbors, security, or both are notified.
Complaint: Residents will be able to escalate complaints to community managers and track their resolution status. They can upload details of the issues as well as images.
Notification: Residents will receive community notifications informing them of the latest announcements in the community.
